Rolling registration runs June to early September

CLCF track is a running program that is appealing to all runners from ages 5-14. There are two programs to choose from: Running Club and a Racing Team. there are three season, cross country (fall), indoor track (winter) and outdoor track (spring/summer).
The cross country season takes place in the fall of each year. The CLCF season begins the last week of August.
There are two programs-a rec league and a racing team and both practice on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5-6 pm. The racing team has an additional practice on Saturday mornings from 8:30-10:00. All practices will take place in Cranston(next to Hope Highlands or Western Hills middle schools) unless otherwise specified.
CLCF holds 4 developmental meets along with an open meet. There is a XC relay race for rec or racing to join, called an Ekiden Race in October.
For those who are part of the racing team they compete in USATF and AAU meets.
Anyone from the age of 7 to 14 who wants to challenge themselves and be a part of a fun team. Our coaches train our runners to make the most of their abilities. They understand that not everyone develops the same way and will modify group workouts as needed.
The cost for the rec league team is $80 for the season.
The cost for the racing team is up to $100 depending on the need for a uniform.
