Relay Instructions

• An athlete can enter a maximum of two relays.
• Each running relay can enter up to 6 names, 4 runners and two alternates. Alternates must be registered in the meet to be considered on the team.
• There will be an open division for the running relays, allowing for teams to combine gender-2 boys and 2 girls. Runners may move up one age group to either fill a relay or to help a runner get into a race.
• Scoring of the running relays is done by time.
• Teams can enter B Relay teams.

Parking

There is plenty of parking at Cranston West High School and the neighboring middle school, Western Hills (400 Phenix Ave). There is limited parking on Phenix Ave (main street running parallel to the track) and Metropolitan Ave (running perpendicular to the track). Metropolitan Ave is a one way street, by law there is only parking on the left side of the street. Cars parking on the right side are subject to ticketing by the police, so please park at the schools if you can not find street parking.

Check out the map of Cranston West Track, the throwing areas and the middle school next door. This will help you look at where your athlete will be competing in field events as well being able to check out parking for the venue.

USATF Waiver
The waiver is mandatory for competing athletes. It is a part of the registration on Coacho.com. It is available here in case a team or individual needs to print up extra copies.
